I’m based in Aventura and I’m the creator of a unique, art-based card experience designed to support self-reflection, communication, and deeper connection between people.

I’m not a licensed therapist, but I developed this tool in collaboration with a certified family therapist who runs a therapy center in Israel. It combines creative expression with professional insight, making it both meaningful and easy to connect with.

Today, as I support my daughter Sapir through her relocation to the U.S., I understand how critical this space is. It’s a place where you can set down the "strong woman" mask and simply be; to receive support, community, and the professional tools to soar.

My name is Shira. I am a wife, mother, and creative facilitator who supports women through life transitions with warmth, presence, and practical guidance. I work as a women’s workshop facilitator, dance and fitness coach, bridal guide, matchmaker, and producer of women’s gatherings. I also guide women in creative practices like color-based art, mandalas, and intuitive drawing, and offer personal styling and home refresh guidance. My approach combines body awareness, gentle movement, and grounded presence. I provide one-on-one support for women seeking clarity, encouragement, or simply a calm space to reflect. I listen with warmth, offer thoughtful perspective, and help organize thoughts into constructive next steps, sometimes incorporating guided reflection, grounding breathwork, body awareness, creative expression, or brainstorming. What makes my support unique is the balance between heart and structure -compassion alongside clear thinking - so women leave feeling understood, steadier, and more empowered.

My name is Tzlil. I am a mother of four beautiful boys, and I am engaged in the therapeutic field, specializing in healing, guidance, conscious empowerment, and personal development for women.

My work is deeply rooted in the teachings of Chassidut, the Tanya, and Kabbalah. I integrate profound spiritual wisdom with practical, structured tools that support women in their emotional, mental, and spiritual growth. I accompany women in strengthening self-worth and confidence, navigating life’s challenges through emunah and bitachon, and transforming difficulties into opportunities for inner expansion and deeper connection.

As part of my contribution, I would offer a structured package of six sessions. These sessions introduce the foundational principles of this approach, combining spiritual insight with practical application. Each session builds upon the previous one, creating a gradual and meaningful process of increased awareness, inner resilience, and authentic personal growth.

Beyond the group framework, any woman who feels called to deepen the process would have the opportunity to continue with individual guidance. In one-on-one sessions, we can expand the inner work and engage more personally with the teachings in a way that supports her unique journey of development and healing. Participation in individual sessions would, of course, be entirely by personal choice.

An essential dimension of this process is that each woman gradually learns how to engage in her own avodah pnimiyut (inner spiritual work). This does not mean becoming independent in a detached sense. On the contrary, the goal is to deepen her emunah and bitachon, and to cultivate a conscious and personal relationship with the Ribbono Shel Olam.

Through consistent practice and hisbonenus, she learns to observe her inner world, refine her middot, align with her nefesh Elokit, and draw strength directly from her connection with Hashem. The intention is not to create dependency on a coach or guide, but to empower each woman in her avodat Hashem — enabling her to continue her growth with clarity, trust, and a living sense of Divine guidance.
